I believe everyones seen the figures already, but some stores, (Walmart, KB Toys, Toys R Us) have begun recieving their shipments recently. I've gone to a few stores already, and none of them seem to have any left. And if they do, they dont have the specific one I want. If thats not bad enough, nobody can seem to tell me when they will get more in. "Just check back with us" haha. These are gonna go fast for sure, so I'm asking that if anyone happens to be out at any one of these locations, and can spot one, I'd glady send you payment as well as shipping if you were able to snag it for me. I'd greatly appreciate it. (btw, I didnt really know if this was appropriate for classifieds or off topic)

I know several stores in my area got the dark knight figs. I don't recall seeing that one in particular though. It looks a lot better than most of the other ones they released. On a similar note, I picked up several of the Indiana Jones figures they released on the same day. They don't look great either, but, hey, they're Indiana Jones.

Stuff like that usually has a street date marked on all the boxes recieved. I used to work at KB Toys and we'd have to hold stuff for weeks sometimes before we could put it on the sales floor. If you go in most places and ask them "Whats the street date of the Dark Knight merch" they'll usually tell you unless they're jerks. It's usually 2 weeks before the movies release but being that it's gonna be a huge move they might have pushed that date up to hype the movie more... as if they would need to... is mattel doing those? cuz they look much better than the junk they put out for "Begins"

We had Batman Begins figures for at least a year after the movie had been released. you might wanna keep your eyes out for variants. Although they're not nearly as cool as the Toy Biz Marvel Legends variants used to be, they did do some for Begins... I wouldn't be suprised if they did put some out for this movie. I did just check ebay and none of the figures marked as "Variants" actually are variants... the figures are obviously from two different sets of figures. The one pictured above is probably a "Deluxe" Figure just judjing from the packaging. So buyer beware =)*EDIT*Dug up some more info for anyone interested...http://action-figure.com/index.php?name=Ne...e&sid=23134Saw somewhere the street date might be tomorrow May 4th 2008... it's just hear say though...And yes there is an UNMASKED Batman figure... it's supposed to be the CHASE or variant figure but there's not telling how hard it'll be to find until anyone releases the case assortment info...
