Cool. Looks good. I don't know who made it. To my eye and my knowledge of the movies, it looks like it was based on the part 5: Dream Child look or the part 6 Freddy's Dead look. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" />edit: thought I'd add some pics for comparison for you my friend........<img src=\"http://i452.photobucket.com/albums/qq247/el_mariarchi_01/quiz671outcome1.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i452.photobucket.com/albums/qq247/el_mariarchi_01/Freddy.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />

My vote is a part 5, looks very much like my DMC part 5 stunt mask.

That actually looks like a cast of a John Buechler sculpt. The piece was created for the end of Freddy's Dead when he explodes. When the film came out Fangoria put out a collectible magazine dedicated to the film and towards the back of the magazine you see shots of Buechler with this bust.
