    Whats wrong with DMC?
    They seem to have email problems all the time or seem to be to busy or whatever to responce. Sad
    I send them lots of emails with my hotmail email and they didn\'t respond until I mentioned my yahoo email in one of the mails to mail to if they couldn\'t respond to my hotmail emails.
    They send me a email to my Yahoo, but now they haven\'t replied on any msg I\'ve send from my yahoo mail... its been more then a week... I\'m getting kind of pissed.

    I had the same kind of problem
    after they get your money they don\'t respond to e-mails
    DMC is on my shitlist and my shitlist is not very long at all

    I had similar problems with them also. Took them three weeks just to respond to my E-mail.

    i ordered a Roy mask when they first started selling hockey\'s...i got it in 2 weeks..sounds like things changed since then ???

    you are right scot they have changed
    they used to take 2-5 weeks tops
    now they take 2-5 months
    and another thing that changed is the quality of the paint
    used to be awesome now it is HIT OR MISS
    in my case miss

    I ordered both part 5 masks on the 19th of February, and received them yesterday, which was actually a little sooner than I had expected. You are right about the email, though. They take a long time to respond, but in their defense, they told me they get in excess of 275 emails a day! To me, that just means they should have more people working to respond sooner. As for the paint jobs, I was pretty worried about what they might look like. The Roy looks awesome, and I\'m very pleased with it. The part 5 dream sequence mask looks a little greyer than I expected, but it\'s definitely growing on me. Overall, I\'m pretty pleased with the masks. But I agree, it can be pretty frustrating dealing with them. Hope this helps.

    I emailed them the other day and got a responce within a couple hours.I ordered a part4 and part 5 and they said it should be here in 3 weeks.I have got very fast replys from them when i email them, but i figure it might take longer than 3 weeks to get the mask.

    I ordered my Roy Part V and Dream Sequence Masks about 3 weeks - 4 weeks ago... they\'ve been good with me in the past... So Im not worried... only 1 more Goalie Mask to get and Im dont with them all!
