Shutter Island

I went into this film expecting something completely different than what I saw, and because of that, Im very pleased. I thought it was a great story with a lot of different twists. The ending being the best part for me. The way it was left open for the viewers to decide was genius. I will give my opinion on the ending after a few more of you guys get a chance to see it. Two thumbs up from me. Leo's acting was superb, as well. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":wink:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"wink.gif\" />(btw, jackie earl haley's performance also really excites me to see his version of the fred-man)

Not sure if they hype of this got me or what.. but I was VERY disappointed in this! I saw this afternoon and left saying.. "WTF?" "That's It?" I got the twists and all and loved Jack Earl Haley, etc.etc.. but overall.. I wish I had gone and seen the Wolfman instead.. The trailer looks soooooooo good!!! It just didn't live up to that for me.. not sure why. Even in the middle of the movie I was thinking to myself this isn't going to be one of the great movies for me... ah well.. to each their own. Glad you enjoyed it. Would love to hear more details why later on.....
