the new Dawn of the dead movie reminded me of 28 days later . which 28 days later had to be the worst horror movie i have ever seen in my life . but the new DOTD sucked to me cuz they ran . it defeats the purpose of calling them dead .

I hate running zombies!!! .... I highly doubt they will though, actually, im sure they wont. George donesn\'t tolerate running zombies.

Ok, when\'s the last time any of you watched the original Night of the Living Dead? Not recently obviously, because there are running zombies in that film (at least one, possibly more). Don\'t believe me? Go watch it.

I\'m expecting land of the dead to be like Dawn of the dead remake. Hopefully the zombies look just as cool in this one!

Your right! There was, but it was kept real though. They didn\'t all run at a super high speed.

Maybe that guy was \'a newly infected guy\' and his ringamortis hadn\'t kicked in yet I don\'t know how long it takes before ringamortis starts.

What was so bad about 28 days later? I thought it was a great post-apocolyptic film. Great camera shots and a more realistic look at the way people would act in a situation like that.

Sure it took a few gags from Dawn of the dead and it wasnt quite a regular zombie movie, but I liked it and would love to see a sequal.

I never read anyway that said there was a rule set in stone that zombies couldn\'t run.

Nobody mentions that some of the original intent of a "zombie" was to symbolically portray communism, the soviet union, etc.

yeah 28 days later was an awesome movie
as for running zombies I think it would be ok
remember there learning
if they can be tought to be good little boys and girls
then why cant they learn to run
maybe there evolving
or maybe the more they eat the more there body starts working again?
eather why I\'m still going to see it

It takes a few hours for rigamortis to set in but guess what? Rigamortis only lasts for a few hours then the body is as limber as ever. So all these arguments about zombies not being able to run because of rigamortis is BS :blink: :blink:

they won\'t, george has stated numerous times that he hates that too. excited isn\'t a big enough word for how i feel about this movie coming out!
