Tell him it was a killer design! I love the movie and I just hope I can do some justice for this mask...

to make a good flesh tone, you can take lighter shades of brown, and mix them with, antique white, and small amounts of yellow, just the right amount to give it an alost waxy look. And if you wanna go for a nice pallid finish, try mix a very light amount of purple in there. as far as the paint speckling, mess aorund wiht how much psi you are running, i stay in 25-45 range. also make sure oyu are keep the spray hood from getting dirty, that will do the same thing. And just something i learned for doing meaty, raw areas, like the red that you have added to it, take the red and mix in brown. a very light amount, to much willr esult in a very weird purplish mud look. You can also buy the ceap fake blood and mix brown into it like i just mentioned adn dulute it for spraying, the result is very cool and convincing. Looks good so far man, i hope some of this helps you acheive what you are trying to accomplish.

OK I went a bit further this evening, I did some more preshading with the red and then added some vein work. Then I redid the skin tone more tan colored, I\'m pretty happy with where I\'m at right now. Hard to cath the real color under flourescants though...

    The Inspiration...

Dan, for your first latex piece I think it\'s coming along very nicely. The last couple of pics show it well. Good job bud... and take your time
