I\'m still working away at my bubba costume.

Should I wear some fake teeth, or no.

If so, get \'em from where?

I saw some on EBAY made by Rubies.

The question is, do you really need the teeth to pull it off?

Sorry to keep replying to my own post....

BUT

I also was wondering what type (color) paint would you use to splatter blood on a brown or dark CLOTH surface. I don\'t think fake blood would show up.
Any help would be appreciated. Here\'s a pic of me last year for HALLOWEEN.

I would have to say "yes" if your going to be interacting with people up close.

(Sorry I forgot to mention teeth in the recent PM I sent you)

I got lucky last year, I had a friend who worked in the dental lab on the military base I was stationed and he needed to do some qualification training so he made me a custom fit davinci porcelain dentures. They looked so really when I worked at a local Haunt the workers who first met me thought they where my real teeth.

But dont do any running with them in your mouth.

At my haunt on base I was wearing them and I took off running to chase some people. I was full speed hauling a*s down the road when they popped out and got caught in my throat. I had to stop, because I was gagging and I had to pull them out. Scary as sh*t but some of my workers saw what happened and laughed there a*ses off.

If your going to buy any make sure you dont get the hard plastic ones that wont be cofortable to wear. Some of the newer ones have a rubber like gum area that can be fitted with this putty stuff.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I ordered a set of teeth (officially licensed...which usually means crap) off one of the websites. I agree that it\'s important to have the teeth... but here\'s my problem. I\'m a DJ, will be onstage talking to the crowd and interacting with them for this big BLOCK PARTY. So I\'ll wear them for the reveal of my costume, get some pictures... and out come the teeth for the rest of the night. I\'m actually worried I\'ll be able to keep my BUBBA mask on for the duration (2 to 3 hrs) of the event.
But again, thanks for your help.

It really all depends how often you walk around with your mouth open. I was LF two years ago and had the teeth but they really were more in the way than anything else so I kicked em\'. I had alot of comments and reactions that year but not a one about my lack of plastic teeth
