I am definatly a little hesistant to see this film, ecspecially after all the lame jokes they made in the trailers. They made it look more like a comedy than anything.

LOl i\'m on a quest to get every issuse of the comics now.

It was definetly better then I thought it was gonna be. Like Jay said, theres comedy, action, and a bit of horror.

The thing I didnt like however, was that he went through no real struggle. There was never a point of being put down. Every comic hero, whether it be spiderman, batman, etc. goes through some kind of beating, then returns to save the day. But Ghostrider never really got his but kicked, not even a little bit. That to me was kind of a bad move seeing as how the main demon guy had the power of like 300 spirits.

I saw it..I liked it. It was corny in ways but a lot of the dialogue was like the comics. Honestly, it\'s down there with punisher, daredevil, and Fantastic 4..I liked them..but not up there with Xmen or spiderman... Even still, Ghostrider was never like any of the real silver age marvel stories. Worth seeing though...7 out of 10 here

I\'ve been a GR fan for a couple decades now, and though much of the film was awesome to see.....there were more than its share of disappointments, IMO. And I\'m not oging to be one of those lame asses who cry about the film not adhering to the book/comic book enough.

There was just some basic storytelling flaws, like the fact that Roxie wants nothing to do with him when she sees him for the first time in 20 years, then all of a sudden she\'s telling Donal Logue that she\'s in love with Blaze. Then at the end when Blaze is presented with the option to live a normal life with her, she encourages him to leave her and still live on as GR. Women aren\'t as one-dimensional as that. Yeah, none of it was consistent. I didn\'t buy it. They were trying to compact too much into one film. So far, I\'m not a fan of Mark Steven Johnson. Though I have collected Daredevil since birth, I hated the DD movie and I wasn\'t fully impressed with this one. I can\'t wait til he does the Preacher series..... that will make my head spin and explode.

But I did love the CGI. :thumbsup:

I liked it alot. Very entertaining. Roxie was freakin\' hot!!! Trying to think of her real name... Blackheart (who resembled Justin with the hair and chops) was badass. GR looked cool. Never read the comics so I don\'t know how true it stayed to them... but it\'s definately one of the better comic book movies I\'ve seen. (Worst being Hulk.)
Seemed fast paced and alot happening in a short time, but I didn\'t mind.
