It is pretty easy, but rather hard to explain... you might want to send it to someone and have them strap it for you.

    You need small pop rivets.

You're going to need to get some washers and some rivets. Here's a riveter that you can pick up at Home Depot.<img src=\"http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/productImage/f19d30a1-f66c-4dc3-9d42-0da1b106b77d_400.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />Then buy some small rivets and rivet the straps together. Here's some pictures of my Hockey Mask from Ruste. Now that I've looked at it, he used some sort of snap rivets on the straps around the ring and riveted the straps to the mask with regular rivets and washers.<img src=\"http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d54/phantomrahl/Friday%20the%2013th%20Costume/DSC00449.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d54/phantomrahl/Friday%20the%2013th%20Costume/DSC00451.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d54/phantomrahl/Friday%20the%2013th%20Costume/DSC00452.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d54/phantomrahl/Friday%20the%2013th%20Costume/DSC00453.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d54/phantomrahl/Friday%20the%2013th%20Costume/JasonCostume004Censored.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />
