I was going to make a purchase with Kreation X and have never dealt with them before.I have seen that they have had tables set up at conventions and their work is really well done.Have any members here made any purchases with them and were they easy to deal with?

Here's my story:I paid for a Myers mask like a month before this past Halloween. When I paid he said it would take about a week. about five weeks later it still didn't come. It was his busy time of year and I guess the order got more or less lost in the shuffle. I asked him for a refund and he gave me the refund with no hassle.I still wanted that mask so I asked my girl to get it for me for Xmas she paid in the beginning of November and it didn't come until about a week or so before Christmas. She was really sweating bullets. With all that said the mask is amazing! I brought it to monstermania and was stopped by Sean Clark and he said it was really great quality. I also had it signed by Tony Moran and he said its the nicest he's seen in awhile. So I give an A+ for the mask, but a C for the customer service. But this is just my story.

One more quick thing. He hasn't updated his site in awhile so he might be working on some other non mask projects. So I would ask him about wait time before placing an order for a mask.

They do really nice work but I had just never seen anyone talk about how their experiences were like with doing business with them in any of the forums. So far I have never heard of someone not getting an order that they had placed with them. For the most part I was told that most items are made per order which explains the wait time. They seem pretty heads up with communication. What was your average wait time for your order?<!--quoteo(post=261296:date=May 18 2008, 08:28 PM:name=Homicidal#9)<div class=\'quotetop\'>QUOTE(Homicidal#9 @ May 18 2008, 08:28 PM) <a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=261296\"><{POST_SNAPBACK}></a></div><div class=\'quotemain\'><!--quoteci gotta agree with steve on ths one.
