So, I just got back from seeing the Strangers. It was actually a really well made movie. If you're susceptible to motion sickness, beware the last 45 minutes.MAYBE CONSIDERED A SPOILERI was pissed off that the beginning said "The following is based on actual events" Then went on to say that 1.4 million violent crimes occur every year. At the end after the credits it says "All people and events are completely ficticious, ay resemblance blah blah coincidental" So I went on IMDB, and apparently the director said he bsed it on SEVERAL cases he read. Nonetheless, still a good flick.

The ending kind of pissed me off but it was a suspenseful film. Not bad.

Yea it was really great. The movie was a nice throwback to the halloween type of old school horror/thriller. Don't go to it expecting a slasher movie, cuz it sure ain't one.

Great film! Very suspencful and I can admit that I jumped a couple of times. It was very oldschool. No big plot, just a couple being stocked by a few psychos in masks. Loved it.And for those who were wondering, the "based on true events" tagline refers to a few different stories, but mainly one about a murder in which Charles Manson ploted. Manson once sent a few of his followers to kill a certain woman and anyone else in their vacation home, however they ended up killing the wrong people. I heard about that story years ago, and remember putting the pieces together when I first heard of the movies release.
