Flat out murder.<!--QuoteEnd</div><!--QuoteEEndI would have to agree with that - the guy was saying "stop that" and "i dont want to fight" however he did keep fighting and was trying to throw punches and kicks which means he was engaging and not turning his back and trying to get away that being said i think if someone was to look at this from a legal standpoint the conclusion would be that it was a match that was acceptable behavior until the one opponent was unable to fight back - at that time it became murder or attempted murder - and dragging the guy out back just proves that these jerk offs should be tried for such a crime because they obviously had a plan to take this guy out.

golly gee willikers......This video left me speechless. I know violence makes violence but each time I wathc this video , it makes me want to torture those F*ckers.They should put those guys in a room with no windows and no food whatsoever and leave em to rot.This is pathetic.

The one thing that bothers me most is that their are people watching this, and not even helping! So in a way,if this is real, they all can be charged 'cause it's happening infront of him and they are just watching!Sickening! May these people rot forever in the depth's of Hell!

That being said, witnessing this and not reporting something like this to the authorities makes you an accomplice and you can be charged.

I see the police are now investigating this case, but what I don't understand is why did the dojo master put this up on his youtube account? He is responsible for killing a man, this is the stupidest thing you could do. I think there's more behind this to be honest, just not sure yet but I don't think a Marine would be stupid enough to dig his own grave.
