I changed MY item description on MY website to "This is one of the hero metal machetes used by Kane Hodder as Jason. <b>A similar machete </b>was also used later in the film to hit Jason." , just so this community here can now visit Nightwol witout your whiny crap. Unbelievable that!!! I think you still have not understand that YOU are the bad part of the dealing between us with offering an item as something it is not.I want to thank those who PM`d and emailed me to brighten up my mood. so many mario fan boys here's it's kinda pathetic.the price doesn't matter, the prop doesn't matter. what matter is the fact that mario told him it wasn't screen used nor used in any specific scene. once he bought it he not only listed it as screen used but he could match it to a specific scene.i don't care who you are. that's a blatant lie.

As you can read, he says "I have already matched them" and "I have matches on my other computer"... this is nothing like "hey, this is what I was told" but he OFFERED IT TO ME WITH A FACTUAL LIE. I bought the machete with the following email:"I took screen shots of every each scene you see a machete in X and also in part 7 and non of them show the machete you offered me. As far as I can match, der are 3 different (not uber) machetes used in X. Among them also a cut SFX machete. As far as I was told, the machetes from X were made for the filming and are not store bought, so I assume this machete was at least a back up and so it is interesting to me."

I was told specifically that it WAS a hero machete, and of course, if I find out otherwise, I would certainly retract that. My emails to Mario fully show that I want to PROTECT the integrity of props, not alter them. So, even if Mario wants to blame me for this, the bottom line is, he very strongly corrected me that I was wrong. Since many consider him an expert, I believed him. So, as you said, the point is, he lied! Had he corrected me, and then posted the CORRECT description on his site, the only person who would look bad here, is me, as i would be the one who potentially made an error. But since Mario is the one who took full advantage of the situation, I do not think it is a stretch to believe that Mario either knew all along what this was, or that Mario had every intention of simply trying to make this item look better.Regardles, I am now going to launch an investigation into this piece myself. I have the movie on its way to me, and when I get it, i will attempt to match the machete on screen by the distressing markings and the unique "rust" patterns. Either way, its not good for Mario. If it matches, then he lied to ME. If it doesnt match, then he lied on his site. Either way, he lied. Mario's final remarks about "Thanks for the PM's" is another tactic he does lol. This is not new. This is something else he does to "rally support". He did the same thing on the MPF forum as well. He does this to get people to think "hmmm, if others are supporting Mario, maybe I should too". I just think people are smarter than that. Mario has finally gone too far with his conduct and how treats people, and he needs to be held accountable. I am glad this thread held, and by Mario's changing of the description, I think we all know what tha means. Case closed. Sorry to put you all through this, but it was important. Rich
