Forbidden Love

Here is a new original piece i want to work on. I have the basic concept down and will be tweaking it as i go. The idea is a piece that will incorporate two figures, with strong emotions and a story. The inspiration from this is from the good vs. evil, beauty and the beast concepts from the fantasy art world. Luis Royo always did strong female leads that had power over the monsters and that is what i am going for here. Also comes from the classic 80\'s films with Nancy and Laurie being strong leads and defeating freddy and "whitey".

Here are some updated pics. I started blocking in both the female lead and the creature. The girl is shaping up nicely, still having some symmetry issues, but i starting to get the gesture and expression. The monster is taking a little longer to develop because of his size, cant wait till he starts looking like something. Let me know what you think, comments critiques welcome.

Here is an update on the creature, I am starting to swing more towards a werewolf demon creature. I wasn\'t happy with the last one so here is a new creature, he will still have the same expression just a different demon.

I have been working on my new creature and have him blocked in and the forms worked out for the most part. I will start detailing him soon as well as finish the female.

I got my werewolf sculpt finished, he is a big piece. Now i just need to finish the girl, and the hardest part will be making her look beautiful. Let me know what you think of the wolf.

I love your work. I really like that design of the werewolf. Is he going to have the tongue sticking out licking the girl, or was that just an earlier concept ? Either way, this is going to be an amazing piece. Very interesting idea.
