I noticed on some of my posts that it says NIGHTOWL VIRUS CARRIER under my AVATAR. It\'s not just me. A bunch of you guys have VIRUS CARRIER under you postings too.

Geez, apparently people can\'t take jokes. Its all relivant to your post count. And it never said computer virus carrier, ever thought of it being like the NIGHTOWL virus?=zombie. Ya know, so addicted your infectious. Ah well, get over it. :wink:

lol i started this whole thing and i\'m sorry for that guys and Mods . it just scared me at first cause i thought i had something that could infect the board or something or other members that i IM or PM so i asked if i had a virus so i could know . turns out it\'s just a name that we have been given to show our status of posts we make . or something like that lol .

Yes you have a virus, the best thing to do is go into the command prompt and type format c:, that will resolve your problem :unsure: :lol:

I can take a joke as well as the next guy. In fact, when I first read the title under someone else name I laughed. Then when I saw it on another and another, then mine. I started getting concerned. After reading several posts about people getting viruses from NIGHTOWL members...the joke ended. You guys may think It\'s LOL funny to read how people are freaking out over getting viruses. I use my computer to conduct business not just pleasure. There are members here that use their hard drives to make a living, not just edit school term papers.
