hate to say it, but 9 out of 10 times, it\'s someone you know. Someone who knows what you\'ve got and knows you\'ll be away that day.

Sucks man, really sorry to hear that. I\'ve been robbed before and I know how friggin pissed off it makes you. And you will stay pissed for awhile. Keep your ears open though, and check your local pawnshops and see if any of your games or anything turns up there. Then ask the counter person what the guy looked like.

Don\'t be surprised if the description matches a friend or aquantince though.

That happened to me last year... they even stole the engagement ring I bought for my fiance for Christmas... good thing is they stole by Digital Cable Terminal... and bad thing for them I work for the Cable Company Smile So as soon as they plugged it in and turned it on... I found out where they live... called the cops and boom... all within 2 days.... got all my stuff back... now know where they live... course the cops did nothing but slapped on the wrist... needless to say I know where they live and have made their life helll since they did that too me Big Grin Even by buddies go by their place sometimes to cause trouble...

    Cheers
    Steven

Wow, that very truely does suck. Sorry to hear about it. I\'m sure the person responsible will get whats coming to them in one way or another and you can always be thankful, someone didn\'t break in while you were sleeping and shoot you. Thats not much condolence, but try to be a little optimistic. It\'s the only way to stay sane.

I am always afraid of that happening to me...I often have nightmares about it. My previous roommates left my front door open quite often and I was always amazed that no one outside took advantage of it. I feel bad for you, I hope that bastard gets hit by a truck.
