Actually, for those that dont know, Fred\'s mouth is one of the toughest things to sculpture. It can and will make or break a Fred mask.

Bob, just sculpture his mouth from reference pics of other Freds. No one will be able to tell that you didnt go from P2 reference pics. You\'ll get it!

The open grin would be cool as shit. There are many Freds with closed mouth, the big joker style smile would just be an awesome giving it more of that percing evil just on display.

Thanks guys! Yeah I am really torn with having his mouth open or closed & Mark yep for some reason this guys mouth gives me HUGE problems!!! here is an update, not sure if I should open his mouth or not, as a mask it would be left better closed but as a display it would be better open, AHHHH!!!! LOL.

open the mouth, almost every pic ya see is open mouth so its more true to the character . Then you won\'t have to hastle with the lips! :wink:

Well just ask yourself what\'s easier to do? It\'s all up to you really and would it be easier to do an open mouth then a closed mouth seeing how you already have a refernce picture of Freddy with an open mouth. Well the sculpture that you have got now looks great.

Off hand without looking at a part 2 pic, it\'s the lips, his frown looks a bit exagerated and his lower lip is large. Englund has very thin lips. Also something with the eyelids, he looks a bit sleepy.
