Mike...check out Hellraiser: Inferno may not be exactly all the way out, but it\'s VERY close...

i have painted the eyes fully black it looks better that way and is really close to the the look of pinhead in the latest installment of the hellraiser series

I dont know if it looks better that way or not. I\'m undecided. It\'s not \'accurate\' though. Were you going for your own thing? If so just say "it\'s my own thing, I dont want it accurate" so we can all understand your point for painting it that way. Definatly a great piece with or without solid black eyes.

well mark thanks for the good words .and no you have tottaly reason the black eyes are not 100% acurate but i like them like that i can try one an other way sometimes too i dont says that i am stuck whit the total black eyes idea but i tried both complete and not and i like it like that a mather of taste i guess.just like you why to you cut the eyes on your freddy mask???? its not accurate????

Ianfxmen, shoot me some pics (or post them) with the eyes the other way. I would love to see it that way. It\'s a hell of a piece for sure. But I think we all know that some people are pretty strict when it comes to accuracy :blink: I dont see any problems with this piece selling in ANY way, just curiouse to see the \'film version\' eyes. The reason I said what I did above is that it cools things down when people just come out and say "I did it this way because I wanted to". It\'s like a Hockey Mask, if the tri\'s are wrong then it\'s pointed out over and over again. But if there is a specific reason then it\'s much easier to accept and go on :wink:

Dont go to any trouble but if you paint another one soon just do the eyes, take pics and then paint them in full. It\'s probably the best PH mask I have seen, I know the work you put into it so I hate to see someone not hit that BIN button just for that reason. I should have kept it to PM so not to clutter up your thread. Maybe a mod will see fit to delete all this :wink:
