Right this is a bit of a strange one for me but here goes!
I was speaking to someone who i have never met before but have been an \'internet buddy\' for almost a year now and he has always been a great person to chat with and someone who\'s work i admire, he has always been supportive and honest with me and for this i respect him greatly and so would call him my friend but when i spoke with him he seemed a bit down, now i know its nothing major, so no need for panic but i guess when you working your arse off and you might pick up on or hear negitive things about your work it must be like someone saying your kids are ugly, i would like to add that he did\'nt say to me what he had heard but touched on the subject.
This guys work is top draw, the dowgs bollocks, the mutts nuts and i know how hard he works to keep everyone of his customers happy even after all the trouble he had with the weather! I own a couple of his pieces in my own collection and will be proud to add more over the years.
So i\'ll cut to the point and just say that i think it would put a well deserved smile on Mike Hopkins face if everyone who has delt with mike or just appreciates his work would leave a message of support here for him to read.
I appologise to the board if this topic is not appropiate and to mike as he will probably want to kick me in the balls for saying this as i know he dont like fuss!
but credit where credit is due people, now give it up for FOD!

Mike is the snigglesnarm. I\'ve had the pleasure to have talked to him early in fod and kept talking to him since and it\'s always neat to see his work grow so much over a short time. Don\'t take snigglesnarm personally, people always rag on the top dog, how many times did people describe how good a Hockey Mask looked by saying "looks better than gohs." Now Mike is the reigning king of hockey masks so people are taking shots.

You go through hills and valleys Mike, just keep your head up. If you need anything, just give me a call.
