You get it at the AppleStore or another store? And did you get AppleCare or a Extended Warranty? If you have either of those just wait for the screen to not have condensation on the inside and take it to them and just say it went out. I just did this kind of to upgrade my picture IPOD to a Video 
. The company will try to fix it usually if its not apple, and if they can\'t they will replace it or they might replace it on the spot. If you do it through Apple they will have more success on fixing it instead of replacing it. And if you don\'t have eithe of those safety plans all Apple products come with a one year warranty so you can call them or go to a store and they will still fix it.
