The reason you are getting that Tommy is because your pc isn\'t recognizing it. Usually when you buy a media device like that or an iPod it usually comes with a disk. The disk has the appropriate drivers that would make the computer to recognize that the PSP is connected. Without the drivers the PSP is not going to run on your computer properly but I am not 100% sure as to whether or not if the PSP comes with this disk in the first place. Also make sure your PSP is in USB connect mode as well! If not then the PSP will not even recognize its hooked up to your pc. Another problem could be if you don\'t have the right USB ports which I highly doubt but if your running on an old computer it might not have USB 2.0 make sure you have that, just ruling out all possibilities here.
