Avatar Problems!

Has anyone else had a problem uploading an avatar. I have tried several, and they all meet the site parameters, but every time I try to upload it it craps out. I made sure everyone I tried to upload was a Jpeg file less than 200X200, and less than 100kb. No dice So anyone have ant advice...MODS? ad:

at this point in time, the upload option does not work. You can always upload the avatar picture to one of many free photo-sharing websites and just link it.
