Foam filling I heard is dangerous but that is only really if you are not in a well ventilated area & you are sticking your head above the mold to see if the foam is rising. Fill the mold slush it around real fast to get into the ears & under the chin etc & then put a bag over the mold & walk away give it 30 minutes before going to see what the foam looks like, your best bet is to over fill so you won\'t have to do a second batch but you can always do 2 coats poly urethane foam sticks to pretty much everything! where gloves & bad clothes. I have been using monster makers & FXwarehouse\'s foam for over 3 yrs & there foam works real well. Just don\'t do this in a small area best be is outside, I usually do it with my garage door open & the mold pretty much sitting out side the door. The chemicals are only hazardous once mixed & are starting to rise, in there raw form when just sitting befor mixed I believe they are safe but check with the supllier you are buying the product from about any safety tips.
