First time i send email to DMC they never answer.. Then i saw they sold Freddy stunt mask on eBay, i send my question about hockey masks to the eBay email they got when they sell items there. And 2 hours later they answerd all my questions :yes: Now they always answer my questions in a time of 2-4 days.

So if they sell items on eBay and you ask them question about the mask they sell, send them also all of your question about other items you have questions about :thumbsup:

That worked for me...
