I am leaving for bahamas this weekend (sandal\'s royal bahamian beach resort, Nassau Bahamas) my digital camera is 12 years old and required floppy disks. it is a dinosaur. Despite the fairly decent mask pictures I have taken over the years, the camera sucks and I had to try REALLY REALLY hard to get the pictures to come out the way they did (still only half decent). I am sure a lot of us have been there, done that. This is the only excuse I have to buy a new camera, and if I buy one for 400 I will never have a chance to buy another, at least for another 12 years. PLUS I wated 12 years to buy a new camera so I can spend this kind of money. Camera, camera case (bag), and memory card will cost about 1000 dollars. This in not bad since the camera alone, a couple of years ago, was 1300 dollars.

I have decided that rather than getting a camera for 400 dollars that I really do not want, [vent]and frankly are crap.. you pay 400 dollars just so you can fit the camera in the coin pocket of your jeans all the while your pictures look like shit and you could have taken the same pics with a disposable camera[/vent] I will get the one I have wanted for a while.

I\'ve decided to get the Cannon-EOS Digital Rebel XT 8.0 MP Digital SLR Camera :teehee:

so kids, the lesson here is stay in school, start your own business, stop paying motherf*ckers for jerry curls, stop paying motherf*ckers for perms, save your money. The new generation is born!! If I have to die tonight for this little african right here to have a future than I am a dead motherf*cker.
