I saw Halloween on Thursday night at an advance "invitation only" screening. We arrived over an hour before it started so we could get good seats, as I knew they would give out too many passes. I would say over 2/3rds did not get in! Anyways, I was prepared for a bunch of morons but thankfully and oddly... most of the movie was total silence. Hardly any crowd reactions. I usually only go to the theatre when they first open in the mornings. I will never go opening night again. Too many morons.
