Yeah sorry to say you can't really stretch a latex mask once it's cured. The only way is heating and then over stuffing while it cools, but that would almost certainly deform it and make some weird buldges, wouldn't be great for the latex either. If it's just a hood you're not too concerned about, then put it in a pillow case, and then throw it in the dryer on high heat for a few minutes, take it out, see how the latex is, and either work on stretching, or put it back in to get it hotter. The best thing to over stuff with would be cloth, tshirts, or towels, find out how much you can put in now, then add one or 2 more when it's hot. Let it cool for a few hours, even a full day, and then check it. Just be careful, I can see the paint having some bad effects too, cracking or possibly lifting. Good luck man!
