Nope, aerosol laquers are too thin and will be absorbed by the clothing before they dry. Also it's not flexible so it would flake off the mask and make a mess of it.You need to use something quite viscous (thick) such as an acrylic gloss medium so it won't get totally absorbed before it dries. Last time i did this i used 2 parts Liquitex acrylic gloss medium mixed with 1 part liquid latex to make it more flexible.
