Well, I\'m no authority on the subject but as far as I know ABS is more accurate to most movie used masks. I think there were only a couple movies that used fiberglass masks (FvJ and another I think) and the rest were vacuum formed ABS because it was easier to crank out a bunch among other reasons I\'m sure (strength, comfort, etc). There are plenty of people around here that know more on this so I welcome any of you to elaborate on this and/or correct any of what I just said.
I agree in that fiberglass feels more realistic because, well, it\'s heavy and we\'re just used to that as being interpreted as \"better\". However, I have a NIGHTOWL F7 hockey and it\'s easily my favorite hockey and that\'s ABS. When it comes down to it, I think the paint job determines the quality. Just my opinion...
