Jason Lives Knife And Darts?

I went back and checked the movie, and they do look more like a dart than a knife as I initially thought. They are round and have what looks like an arrow tip on the end, and a little chain or lure perhaps on top. There is a good shot of it if you pause after the deputy falls into the boat, and a shot of the arrow like tip when Jason draws it out. I could probably make the top out of some dowels. But unless the pouch lid is removed or folded under you would not see them anyway. Also notice the "dart" board reference afterwards.
