I even got rough with them a little, the latex is fastened solid through the fabric and it is not going anywhere, trust me. However there was some little cracks in the paint here and there, so I fixed them with paint mixed with latex so those stretchy areas will flex more. I will repaint the entire set like that if I have to. This latex is very durable and stuck to the fabric and anchored from the inside. I could not separate it from the sock. Socks work great because they are flexible. I used the elastic end towards the wrist, and the arms fit snug! If I pull them too far up they get very tight. So I made them longer just in case, and so I could cut some off at the bottom if needed. Next time I will use newspaper to build the mannequin arms up a little more for some more room slightly, but still fit tight and be form fitting. I tried it on with my weathered shirt and rolled the sleeves up and it looked sick! The "I cannot believe I created that" feeling came over me. After all these years of looking for Jason arms/gloves, and I made them. I may now work some latex into the skeleton gloves, as they are made out of similar materials. But they look so good they would pass as they are with some cut up sleeves and weather gloves that I made to show the bones.
