No, that is what I said about the mannequin arms, they are not flexible outward. But this is not noticeable as much in low lighting and from side views. Someday I might get a mannequin that can adjust to the side if there is any. But like I also said the extra "bulk" is what makes it look like that because the original forearms are made to match the smaller muscles, and I can' make the latex gloves bigger obviously. You can't see the arm bends as much without all the bulk, but it is skinnier then. The display view it about 3/4, which is perfect.You are pretty limited adjusting a fiberglass mannequin, which is why I bought the one with the best pose possible. I had my old displays on this as well, and the Freddy. Check out the difference being Freddy is skinnier, which means you can't see the arms are inward as much. But like I said, this is primary a costume that will be coming down anyway, I just use it to make my costumes and see them after Halloween. Nothing permanent, although I would make one if I had the extra room. Also the tight latex gloves cause more contrast to the bulk. Without the bulk and tight fitting gloves, you can't see the curve at all.
