It doesn't gaurantee survival but my friend's fatal injuries were to his head and a helmet would have increased his likelihood of survival. Don't become another statistic. Protect yourself and those who love you by wearing your protective gear when riding your bikes. Don't put them through this avoidable pain...Also... to those of us who drive regular cars.
