I had my friend purchase a $50 patio umbrella in tan.I then took a sawzall to it & also ground out the rivets leaving me with the upper frame minus the pole.I reattached the canvas to the umbrella by folding the material over the frame with hot glue which held very nice and hides rather well. If you wanted it to be more secure it can be sewn.I finished the wings by painting in veins & bones.The wings are close to 6 feet tall in height.On a budget the wings turned out pretty good overall & I was very tempted to keep them for myself. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"
