If it comes in a huge box and it is marked as a gift and customs opens the box they sometimes put a flat rate charge on it. They do have to charge 5 bucks just for looking at the item plus whatever percentage of the "value". They can do pretty much whatever they want when it comes to that kinda stuff and it is actually considered fraud marking something as a gift especially if the return address is a business. It is always wise to mark an item like that with a value of 15 dollars because that is usually very acceptable and doesn\'t require any charges.
