If you foam it yourself just use low-expansion insulation foam. It may take a few cans. When I did one of my flimsy masks, I sprayed a little in the bottom (if the mask was upside-down) and waited for it to become rigid and made sure it formed right. When it set a bit I used newspaper and formed a "bowl" to set the crown of the head in. When that dried I sprayed more in and repeated it about 7 times.If you do it yourself make sure the mask is formed right or you will have a permanently odd-shaped head....or you can have Lubatti do it.
