The blades were my other worry. I thought the overall shape looked good in all of the customer reviews, but when it came to the actual edge of the blade, I thought they appeared much too flat. However, after getting mine and looking closely, they do have an edge grinded into each blade, it's just a bit minor. I suppose to still obtain the flat edge and avoid any actual incidents. I may grind mine a TAD bit more to appear sharper, but even if I dont, I will still be very pleased.
