From the looks of the video, a boy attempting a high dive from a stone edge failed his attempt and split his face in four. This video shows the boy diving, another boy diving, the accident occuring, and then hospital footage of a doctor opening and closing the flaps of his face.

I think it's real. Certainly not for queasy folk.

I saw this a month or so ago, and just thinking about it is making me a tad nauseous.
