Or u can buy some latex from a all year round costume shop, and then add small layers on ur face (where u want) and then after like 4 small layers, add toilet paper and then build up more latex. that would give u the look u want. it would be all mangled n stuff. i cant help ya out with the decapitated head. but i gave my 2 cents
