Quote:Not literally...one can break any movies plot down to a sentence. \"Halloween\" -masked killer stalks kids. Etc., you get my point. But TCM2 had a deranged lawman chasing the psychotic family to avenge his relatives murder. The same \"plot\" as Rejects.................................Larry

lol, yeah, you\'re right. I saw TCM 2 for the first time in maybe...6 years last week and forgot how ridiculous, yet fun it was. I totally see the similarities. Man, was TCM 2 over-the-top...

Think about it hard too.....tell me that the sheriff in Rejects was not almost a carbon copy of deranged Texas ranger Dennis Hopper. There is even a scene of victim having a face removed and placed on another just like in TCM2. Granted the endings were different but still both ended with the demise of the family of crazies. Too many influences not to notice.......................Larry

i gotta agree with larry on this one. I loved House of 1000 corpses because of its wildness. While i did like Devils Rejects, I automatically thought of TCM 2 as i was watching the film for the first time. Way too many similarities between the two.

I liked Rejects bette than House
Rob said "House" was a homage to 70\'s horror
I found it to be a horrible knock off of TCM

Also Agreeing with Larry as always
The two lawmen almost had the same idea for revenge
Using their own tactics against them.

If I had a 13 year old, I\'m not sure I\'d let him watch TDR.

Awesome, Rejects is top of my list too.
Sid and Bill are 2 of the nicest guys you\'ll meet. I was honored to have them to my house for dinner in Sept. along with Michael berryman and Ken Foree 2 other guys who are cool as hell.
