    This might sound stupid, but, can\'t you buy small child\'s sand box\'s shapped like turtle shells? You could trim it and re-paint it to suit?

    when I was younger I constructed a turtle shell outta wire hangers, glue, and paper mache. Did the trick for me! Big Grin And yes, TMNT rule!

    Oh man, I used to have ALL the figures!! Played with em for hours, unfortunaly I sold em off, traded them, gave them away, attached small explosive charges to them, used them for target practise etc. Kind wish I hadn\'t, but I sure had fun blowing the little bastards up LOL!!! :lol:

    Best thing to do for a shell Scott, would probably be to cast it with latex, it\'ll have some give so if your son falls over he won\'t...well be like a turtle on it\'s back. Plus you\'ll be ebalt to get it sized exactly right for him. Good luck, and post some shots of the costume when it\'s done buddy!!

    That is very cool. I still like the first Turtles movie to this Day! Can\'t wait to see it finished.
