i have collected action figures for over 15 years. Monte said it best. The hype will in fact die down and the figures will go back to be retail priced. I have had figures worth more than 500 dollars at one point and within a months time be worth around 5 bucks. As to why stores didnt get the part 4 figures in, there were everywhere down here, and I am in the butthole of the south....Alabama. Hell, you could order them all over the place online as well.take care,Tommy

Also, I avoid internet ordering on most everything I can, especially toys of the collectible nature. When I'm at the store purchasing toys, you will literally find me meticulously comparing each and every single figure with one another, to be sure I get the best in paint and overall quality. When I was buying my NECA Beetlejuice 7inch a few weeks ago, there were copies that had the eyes painted in all f'd up. If I would have ordered one of those online and received it like that I would have flipped...lol <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"laugh.gif\" /> <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" />

Ive been thinking about this post lately and my guess this is the beginning of a Jason merchandise boom due to the next film coming out. Just like what happened when the last Halloween film came out.So my advice is if you sell anything Friday the 13th related. Nows the time to get it out there, because its on peoples mind.

$100+? It looks like it ended at $35 to me. What happened?

It could of been a bid retraction. maybe someone bid $150 when they meant to bid $15.It was at $142 at one point.
