Better judgment is needed as well, but I think most of us in this hobby have a sixth sense to investigate the "screen used" claim before purchasing, I just feel bad for some of those ebay users who don't know as much and get sucked into some bad deals <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/confused.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"confused.gif\" />

IMO, I would almost rather take that 1,600 that this person wants for a questionable "screen used" prop....and buy a really nice silicone replica. Like something made by Howard S or Bob C. you know?

I guess it all depends on what people like. Someone can hate the way a screen used piece looks but absolutely love someone else's interpretation of the same thing. And some things are worth more to some people, I would love the hero glove from part 1 but could care less to own something from an Adam Sandler movie(even though he rocks)

I'd love to own something screen used but, not sure I could trust anyone. I guess with all the COA's and signatures and instincts....at the end of the day....there is no real way to be sure. Unless you pluck it off the movie set yourself. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"unsure.gif\" />

if it was screen used, i think the cost would be alot more, i think its a miller mask just with a very high price to fool the fools.Ive seen freddy gloves go for $5000. i think a mask would be up there aswell. My opinion is someone wanting alot of christmas money this year for a $175 mask. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"Tongue\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" />

Even if it had a COA, it looks like crap and I'd rather than a perfect replica than something screen used that was used for a distant background mask. Really, if it had a COA and I had it displayed as "screen used" I doubt anyone would believe that it was because it looks like an amateur replica.

Your'e right it looks very similar, but weren't those masks made from the same mold?<a href=\"http://cgi.ebay.com/Bad-Dream-Stunt-Mask-7_W0QQitemZ230400738883QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item35a4f44643#ht_1190wt_941\" target=\"_blank\">david miller stunt mask</a><a href=\"http://cgi.ebay.com/FREDDY-KRUGER-ORIGINAL-SCREEN-USED-MASK-HORROR-PROP_W0QQitemZ200415683084QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item2ea9b4a20c#ht_1126wt_1167\" target=\"_blank\">"screen used" NN mask auction</a>
