    Epiphones rock. Why spend 1,500 on a Gibson Les Paul when you can get a good Epi Paul for 500.

    I\'ve owned at least 20 guitars since I was a kid, and my Epi Paul has always been my fav. Good intonation, unbelievable sustain.

    And they just look cool, imo. Though the \'V\' is nice too, I had one, I just couldn\'t play it comfortably sitting down, kept having to support to much of the neck wieght with my left hand.

    Funny how many horror guys are into making music as well.

    Yeah, holding it sucks, unless youve got the middle of the V setting on your right leg.

    I agree with you on the Epi Gibson thing, Epiphone is just as good.

    I had an epiphoine SG years and years and years ago
    always wanted a Gibson SG though

    you can play aflying V sitting down, you just have to hold it like an upright bass B)
