I'll just do this for all the main slashers and not just myers and Jason...Friday the 13th- least favorite would be Jason X. alot of people say JGTH but I can't say that because I LOVE the look of Jason in this one. Nightmare on Elm Street- 1 and 2 were awesome...after that he just got too corny with the one liners, until new nightmare....loved it. least favorite would be dream child. Texas Chainsaw...love them all excluding next generation....which I did like some....but not nearly as much as 1, 2 and 3. even love the remake and prequel. Halloween- 1, 2 and 3 are my favorite. also love part 6...h6 mask is my favorite mask after the mask in 1 and 2. least favorite is either h8 or the remake. leaning more towards the remake right now. -Derrick

F13 - Jason X was horrible, but a good kind of horrible. I'm not a big fan of 1, but JGTH has got to be the worst of the bunch. Magic knives, Voorhees Curses, and an unneeded Freddy cameo? That's 1 1/2 hours of my life I'll never get back.Halloween - H3 for sure, not because of the lack of Myers, but for the lack of a good story. I loved 4, the bedroom scene where you see Michael's reflection in the mirror when the lightning flashes is the creepiest Michael scene that I can recall. I'm not totally against the Thorn storyline of 5 and 6. NOES - I'll withhold my decision on which one is the worst until I re-watch all of them. I'm only 2 discs into the boxed set.

It's definitely shorter to list the ones I liked so here it goes:A Nightmare on Elm Street - I like 1, 3, and FVJ, the rest I can take or leaveFriday the 13th - 1-4 and to some extent 5, just because it was a different take on the seriesHalloween - I really only like 1, 2, and H20. RZ wasn't too bad, but the rest I rarely watch anymore. I'll never grow tired of watching 1 and H20

Laurie spewing obscenities and acting like a jackass just didn't do it for me. I was actually rooting for Michael. Other than that, it wasn't a terrible remake. I liked Mane's more aggressive portrayal of Michael.

Worst f13 for me would have to be JGTH....that movie was capital F**KING WACK!!!...no jason and terrible story not to mention it was "presumed" the final friday so i was very dissapointed that the series ended off with a horrible final chapter...worst nightmare would have to be "new nightmare" i really enjoyed the film as a child but i think that wes craven shouldve sticked with the original formula not the "fictional world."worst halloween for me would have to be H3 and H20...reason i hated h20 so much is that it wasnt scary...i was expecting a "real" halloween reunion between laurie and michael after 20 yrs but the film came off disastrous...but did anyone notice how freakin short michael was in the film? i dunno if its just me but i think that the coveralls michael wore in the film were too small for him.....h20 was just dissapointing...instead of it being a real halloween film it was just one of those 90' summer teen slashers...
