The only thing that I bought brand new was the burlap and everything else came from a thrift store.The orange fleece pajamas were a lucky find and the 30" doll only had to be slightly modified make them fit.I did have to shorten the legs on the doll and use a heat gun to get a good pose. Burlap = $5Doll = $6PJ's = $6Buttons = $0Yarn = $1Hot Glue = $5Head = $1Total: $24I used a hot glue gun , heat gun and a large sewing needle.The only thing that was a little bit of work was stitching the smile and getting the burlap on the hands.
