Silicone Mask Questions

I was sorta kinda thinking of purchasing that SPFX Fred or Old Man in the distant future and was wondering about the mouth. The expresions look great, but how does it work with your lips? I can\'t imagine the old man\'s mouth working as well as Johnny knoxvill\'s in Jackass. So, if anyone owns these kind of masks, can you please voice your opinions?

I would imagine you have to use some spirit gum like you would an appliance.

I just wish they didn\'t cost so damn much.

Hard to explain but they just sort of stick to your lips. It just works man.

Johnny knoxville was in full prosthetic make up but you got the idea! When I get one that\'s the exact kind of thing i\'m gonna do with it! hahaha


Why even suggest something if you don\'t know what you\'re taking about. Spirit gum is not needed.

So I can get the 65 and older discount at a resturaunt if I wanted? Sweet! lol. Dan, Are these really hot to wear like latex or can you breath fine and barley sweat?

DO NOT use spirit gum!! The silicone conforms to your face, hugs it, the lips too, so nothing at all is needed to keep it in place and make it work. That\'s the beauty of the medium. And actually, they are no where near as bad as latex. I\'ve had my Vamp on for a good 2 hours one day, and I was barely sweating at all, they are THE most comfortable masks to wear.

I am giving serious thought to buying the old man. I can go to strip clubs, bars, and just have a great time. haha, I love SPFX.
