Silent Hill #1 At The Box Office.

It was awesome...for anyone who wants to see the first game as a movie...I suggest running your ps1 into a videocapture card, burning the feed onto a dvd and watching it, but I thought the story to this was awesome, ending was awesome, monsters were awesome...the first half was a tad on the slow side, but it needed that to develop the story. Silent Hill games are known for their killer stories, not constant action...so therefore I feel that the movie fit the profile.

I played the games a bit, and the one scary ass thing I remember was in the movie (the light will draw their attention...) so I was happy. Can\'t wait to see it again.

And as for the acting, the girl that played Alessa was damn good! Very creepy kid.

Pretty cool movie, dialogue was pretty crappy and there were some confusing parts. I think there was just too much going on in it. The score was awesome, the character design was great and the movie just looked amazing. I\'d see this movie just for its visuals, man everytime that siren went on shit hit the fan.

Forgot to say that, you could watch this with no sound and enjoy it very much. But then ya\'d miss out on the Johnny Cash!

Ithought it was a good flick, all in all. The monsters were cool. Nuse demons were creepy and "pyramid head" guy was bad as hell. My wife has never played the games, so I had to explin some stuff to her. If you\'re gonna see it with someone who\'s never played any of the SH games, you may wanna fill \'em in on some basics first.
