Those 2 things are the key to dodging customs. Gifts under $20 value sail right through!
    And NEVER use UPS.

In my experience if you use UPS the buyer will have to pay additional fees in order to receive or pick it up.

USPS is the way to go

Whatever you\'re planning to ship, just send it my way for a \'test run\' :whistling: :ninja:

Send it air mail (up to 5 business days). Its worth is for the buyer to spend the extra $4.00 cause if not, is takes 10-12 business days. I hate waiting 2-3 weeks for a mask. Makes me wanna put on my nemesis and go start hacking people,,,,

When ever I have soemthing shipped to me, I ask for the sender to mark the item as a \'gift\' with a $10 value on the customs forms, never have to pay a cent of tax, and it does speed up processing time, that works with any shipper too, USPS, UPS, Fed Ex Purolator etc.

Cheapest way to send to canada is "Air Letter Post" which is a cheap air mail way to ship. I had 2 hockey masks sent to me recently and both came in under $5 and takes about 1-1.5 weeks. Also good idea to mark item "Used" like Used mask or used toy etc. if it is a mask that has been worn before, that will make it easier to go through customs.
