I was (still am) into movie paper and posters before I discovered masks. I don\'t have a huge collection but I\'ve got some nice posters and some rare pieces too. I also have presskits and stills..........................Larry

I would like to get into them more but there\'s only so many I can display right now. It would be cool to be able to get mylar sleeves to put some in so I could have easy access to checking them out without having to display them all

I\'ve looked into mylar sleeves and storage and therein lies the problem...mylar is so danged expensive its cost prohibitive to put cheaper posters in them. I don\'t have many onesheets worth more than $100 bucks. Framing is another story too. Like Dan said space is a problem too....fun to collect but hard to store and display.......................Larry

you\'re right! The mylar sleeves are more expensive than most of the damn posters i\'m into LOL It\'s the single reason i\'ve avoided it

Frames are the same way. I\'ve collected lobby cards, pressbooks, presskits and onesheets. Posters are by far the hardest to do anything with. My wife won\'t let me put up a "Madman" poster in the living room and my monster room is already full of masks and toys.....what to do, what to do...............................Larry

yeah i hear that one....when i had my own place i had driller killer and the gates of hell behind the couch and the hills have eyes quad in the hall near the front door and then that all is now replaced with black and white pictures of trees.... but art none the less. i tried to hang alot of mine but i have quite a few so my venture did not get that far so i bought a bunch of tubes and made a little tube archive. it socks you have the to pull them out and unroll them to look at them but some of them need to be stored that way because they are hard to find or go to expensive quick IE Escape from new york it went from 30-40 bucks online and ebay to being 150-200 dollars some days. but one lesson i learned the hard way never take any of them to a local fram shop i had a one sheet for Zombie signed by fulci and when i dropped it off i was worried and in the end i was right the messed up the signnature where it looks like they tried to remove it and they cut it down an inch. so i learned the hard way never to drop those items off to get framed but getting a decent fram with real glass and not plexi glass i paid 275 roughly for one and was the last one too much money to soend on that.....unless you make your own.

I was into collecting video store posters in the 80\'s. The U.K. posters tended to have much nicer artwork than a lot of the U.S. ones and i sold my whole collection a few years ago to an American guy.

Was upset to see them go, but i got an amazing offer for them, and it was good to let them go to someone who would display them rather than store them away like i had to.
